They did. MUM M8 it's called it's a filter (I think a proto is on Modular Grid)

Its inspired by an old akai design which was used in many D&B records is what I got (The manufacturer can provide more specifics)

But what I heard of it in person, is that it's a super smooth filter with CV control and other stuff. It sounds good to me and I'd buy it.

I went sunday and didn't check everyone out thoroughly but I'm not sure that there was really all that much new from the people I saw.

Synthesis tech had the quad terrarium prototype but that has been well documented...

Doepfer had the quad osc which works exactly as you would think...

still a bit of an emerging show, but the size does make it easy to meet up with people. what i saw:

-Synthesis Tech E370 prototype sounds great
-ALM MUM M8
-Humble Audio quad op
-played around with the 4ms Tapographic delay
-Koma Field Kit FX
-Bastl Thyme delay box
-1010 music had the new Toolbox touchscreen sequencer unit (very cool) as well as the Synthbox and MX4 buffered MIDI mult
-0hp doodads
-Noise Engineering Manis Iteritas (but i didn't realize until after i left)
-Erogenous Tones had some new CV to video prototype

Yeah! Matthew told me at Machines in Music that it's inspired by the many iconic Drum & Bass records that used the Akai S950 and is especially great sounding for drums. Although like I mentioned I am just a spectator and he can elaborate on the design and stuff. I didn't get a price out of him but he mentioned it would not be too expensive. I heard it, and it sounds smooth as hell.

Here is a pic from MG what looks like a prototype from recently. The one he was showing at Machines looked more proper than this one with question marks on it.

I have to say the SSF Zero Point VCO was fucking :nana: Andrew gave me a bit of a demo and for an analog VCO had timbres coming out of it more like rubbery gooey wavetable oscillator. At one point he was running 2 other VCOs into it modulating frequency and the zero crossover point. Very interesting and exciting to see something kind of new in the analog domain.
