having watched the video of Godfrey (I always had a soft spot for the Enid if just for sheer bloody mindedness of keeping going through the Punk era and after with their "Aerie Faerie Nonesense") and this is just sad. Both on the emotional impact on Godfrey, the Enid and their fans and for British justice (made the right decision but then punished the wrong people through the legal costs).
