Since this involves wiring mains, I am not supporting this beyond the BOM and PCBs, if you dont know exactly what's involved and how to wire it up safely, this is not for you.

how is this going? any eta for the release?

if it is going to happen soon-ish is it possible to get a technical diagram of the board so i can add the mounting locations into a case design.

I might be interested but... 0,8A per rail max?

Tentatively signed up, might look at another solution providing a 5 V out though.

No, I wasnt clear on that, sorry. 50VA Trafo = 2 x 15V 1666 mA. vRegs are 1.5A max each

are the heat sinks effective enough for these specs?

Should be, those are the 40mm ones but taller ones can be used. I am in the process of load testing and will report back if there are any issues.

Actually 925mA is the maximum DC output current for 1666mA secondary current...

Any chance you could post a list of who's ordered? I can't remember if I did or not, but would like a few.

Can it be adjusted to other voltage levels i.e. +/-12V to +/-19V?

9-15V DC on either rail

Ok thanks. Was going to use it in the crOwBX but it takes 19V.

TBH, I haven't done the math on what the max is with a ~20V DC input but you should be able to go higher by tweaking some resistor values and by going to a high voltage transformer

I'm thinking along the same lines. Oldcrow tweaked the HAA15-0.8-A to give 19 volts so I'm guessing your linear PSU can be modded in this fashion too. :tu:

Well the LM317 can go from 2.5 to 37V but I focused on the common range of 9-15V DC and the transformer is geared toward that. they make an 18-0-18 that would give you 24V DC on the input of the vReg which should be plenty for a regulated +/- 19V

Cool, so I'll build one for 15V DC and one for 19V DC. Thanks for the tip on the 18-0-18 transformer.
