Wow. Haven’t seen that one yet. Definitely a drum machine. Fills, Shuffle. A/B switch. And that 4 track sequencer. Not sure what I’m looking at but nice find!

looks like a 4-voice/track perc synth
each channel have a "fx send" knob so I guess the section on the far right is an fx processor, maybe 2

Option A: they told him it's cool to post because no fabricators will know what it is.
Option B: They are 100% PO'd that the beans got spilled by a fabshop.

What I do know it that I want to know more about this thing...

Wild. It reminds me of a cross between an AVP synth Ritmo and an EKO. The 4-channel sequencer is a great idea.

I'm probably the only person who wishes it had built in speakers so it could be a companion piece to the Syntrx.

yes you are :hihi:

and the Syntrx have 2 external inputs with independent volume control, so you can do it anyway

probably this one. it's been up for two days now. it has 40 likes, one comment, and they tagged Erica Synths in the post. so... likely they don't have enough followers that Erica is too worked up about it.

anyway, I'm hoping we hear more about it next week. seems kind of like a Syncussion or 01/IV type drum synth with a very WYSIWYG sort of sequencer.

It's a lonely life when you're the only person with a very specific fetish.

Good point! My fever dream speculation is telling me the odd bits at the top of the stand could be for some kind of custom rack ears that could tie into the Syntrx!

Besides being incredibly appealing, exciting and interesting with a great build, size and aesthetic, I also have this terrible dread about discovering the price.

I share this same feeling ... I guess it will be in the Syntrx league... the enclosure, the size, the sturdiness, the what-you-see-is-what-you-get interface, the big knobs and joystick and even that industrial stand talks about a premium product for the big wallets

I was worried about this, too, but I imagine that there was considerable cost involved in designing and building the digital patch matrix of the Syntrx. Depending on what this drum machine does, they may have already done much of the development via their Eurorack line.

That said, it still looks expensive, but maybe “only” Pulsar 23 expensive.

Well, yeah... but I don´t think there is a linear correlation between what it does and the price... not when you presented it this way... you can smell the "boutique" factor here and we all know that this is something that comes together with a big price tag

Also, my guess is that they put their eurorack drum module designs into this thing with a very visually interactive sequencer. They did the same with the DB01, that before was in eurorack incarnation. I have to say that the DB01 is a killer little machine and I adore mine. I had the module before but it doesn´t shine in this way. The DB01 always makes me happy!

About the price, I guess Pulsar-23 range would be the absolute minimum... I´m thinking over 2K easily, probably 2.5+

More fever dream speculation about the knobs to the right of each lane being a clock divider...

the number of knobs/switches in each channel and the presence of a fifth (seemingly) master/effect channel looks a bit like the Simmons SDS-3 (below).

also my guess is at least $2k.

Sick looking, I think the "normal" version, w/o the moon shaped skull cap removal upgrade, showed on on matrixsynth recently.
