I was literally just looking for a module like this earlier in the week. Well done!

It's at the distributor waiting to get shipped out to stores.

That looks really cool, and with a high-z input on top of everything :D

Any chance you could share a bit about the pre-amp that you used?

Thanks! I've learned a lot from seeing how you do things (aside from the many hours I've spent using the modules) :D

Wow! Phantom power, that is great, I think I'll go for a stereo pair!
Online stores say it will be available end of May/beginning of June, maybe the first batch quickly sold out, I can't wait

Nice. Don't think I've seen anything else with these features and this much gain.

Burr Brown design that been around for a while. Really nice low noise choice until you start using higher impedance inputs. How was that handled I wonder?

OS, curious if you explored having a line out on this as well as the modular level out. I'd find it very very useful if that's something possible for a V2 of this module.

Can you elaborate on what you'd use that for?

having both modular and line level outputs available simultaneously would allow for (live) parallel processing / recording of dry signal to a DAW.

sure, wouldn´t be too hard with a buffered mult and an attenuator anyways as it stands right now, but yeah... I can imagine that´s something I would use that for if you ever did a v2.
may you live in interesting times.

Great point about the buffered mult/attenuator, definitely a good solution for the time being. Always striving for the simplest solution though, less cables mean less room for error, easier troubleshooting etc.

For live performance, I use an external mic pre and send the balanced XLR out to the PA and the line level 1/4" out into the modular - for effects, envelope followers and triggering envelopes.

Would be nice to do away with that external pre, again for simplicity but also making for a smaller setup for air travel etc.

Does anyone have any real-world experience with this in a system with a switching PSU? I’m currently using the Ladik A-510, and the squealing interference is unbearable. I don’t know whether this will be any better or if I should just settle on using a preamp outside of my case for live shows.

I do, I’ve not had any problems. Very nice unit, only
thing I would have liked would be dual ins and outs. Though I can always get another.

I am using a make noise power supply. works very well. Only the labels are a bit confusing (to know when is on/off)

Thanks Os. My usual three stores were out, but some sellers through Reverb had a few. My kalimba is forward to it.
