Re: Who doesn't have Rings?

I don't mean to be rude, but if Braids is a classic, why did MI re-design and re-code it from the ground up? I tried it, and liked some sounds missing from Plaits like Bowed String, but it sounded cheap and digital. For the same reason directors remake classic movies, because they were ground break...

I have never quite understood what is meant by the last sentence in this description at the bottom of the Composer N description on the modulargrid page. . "3-4 NOTE SCALES three/four note scales contains selected notes picked-up from most common bass lines like CGA, CFG, CEGA and so on."...

Re: Joranalogue DELAY 1 - Split-Phase Bucket Brigade Delay Line

Would owning this delay make having the Mungo D0 redundant? Nothing can possibly ever make the d0 redundant. That being said, after having used the d0 I stopped asking how slow a delay can go, and started asking how fast it can go. The sounds you can get from fast delays are a sound designer's drea...

Any word about progress on the Shakmat modules announced last year? I forget the name, but the Euclidean LFO thingy… Mod Medusa is currently in production and will be available mid June. The oscillator (Banshee Reach) has been redone with some sweet new features, has been finalized, and will go in ...

the only thing that wowed me so far is the quanalog butteryfly oscillator. holy sheeeeyit that thing can do some mad things crossmodding two folded sounds. I really liked the Shakmat Jewler Cast for ringmodulated wavefolding. Anything from crossfading between your oscillators to completely oblitera...

It seems the only reason it hasn't been implemented is because there isn't enough of a demand for it, yet. Skipping duplicates and implemented stuff, this is already in the top-10 list of most liked posts in their official wishlist forum: https://forum.1010music.com/forum/products/bluebox-compact-d...

Is the fm side of this comparable to a more compact alm akemies castle? As far as four op fm syntheses with different fm algorithms etc. some of the tones remind of me that. I am interested in the akemies castle but space is limited and wondering if this could cover similar territory. Is there a pa...

Re: SB2021: Xaoc Erfurt, Jena, Drezno, Lipsk: Leibniz Binary Subsystem update!

Gera will allow you to switch 0's to 1's and 1's to 0's. In practice, this is almost like a CV controlled shortcut of what you can already achieve with dresno, if you unlink outputs from inputs and manually patch selected bits. I often only patch the higher bits as the lower bit inputs are the ones...
