Re: NEW DOUBLE KNOT

no problem. I empathize with the space problem. I'm overflowing at the moment, and not sure how to handle it, but have still ordered more stuff.... will probably have to figure out how to use a pedal board to stick under a desk, etc....but the double knot needs to stay in an always accessible locat...

I am getting very interested in buying one from all the nice demos in this thread. I have a pretty full desk though and very limited space so I am wondering if someone could tell me the dimensions of v2?

Thanks!
looks like it's 9" by slightly less than 5".
Brilliant, thank you so much!

Re: Plumbutter 2 sync with Buchla

Maybe a bit late here but I have offsets and attenuverters and a format jumbler and a voltmeter/scope in my eurorack. With the help of these I manage to sync in all directions between euro, ciat, buchla... Sometimes I also use an envelope follower with gate/trig out to sync with otherwise non-syncab...

Re: Plumbutter 2

Great! And, yes the top one is very reactive ;)

The top trimmer is indeed extremely sensitive. But with super minimal extremely careful little nudges (am I overstating it? 😃) I could get the decay a bit shorter.

Re: Plumbutter 2

Scroll in to 3.45 for a tutorial on tuning the deerhorn: https://youtu.be/FGYkUpCLdBs Works the same way on my plumbutter which was really off when I got it used. Now it works just fine! Also note that the antenna is sensitive to other gear so that you might need to retune it if you move it around ;)

Ah, thank you. That would have been great of course! Did not cross my mind to ask unfortunately... Next time Not so worried about sales value since I am pretty sure this will stay in my studio. I already had it for quite a while and still enjoy it as much as when I got it. Actually my only dedicated...

Pimping D2000

I hope this redesign is not offensive to anyone (not even being yellow and all...). I asked a friend to make a wooden box for my D2000 and when another friend saw the box he offered to paint that and the panel and as he have done some other really nice cases and stuff for my synths before I said yes...

Yes, the D-2000 has five individual outs for all separate sounds and one main out that runs through an additional tube. One thing I like to do is to use the individual outs and then add the main out to the mix as well.

I am using a futureretro 512 as both keyboard and sequencer for my euro. Really like the functionality (but unfortunately I think the choice of color and design is terrible...) I also just got my hands on a stand-alone Klee that needs some fixing to get going but it provides a great mix between cont...

I've been looking at the ALM SBG to run my rack through some of my pedals mid patch instead of running the rack through the pedal chain before recording/amp. Are there any other similar modules to the SBG? It looks a great utility for the price There are quite a few modules that work well for integ...

If it's not on Modulargrid...let us know if you find one, please. The D2000 is great, but I don't like the out of tune ringing that the onboard mixer imparts. I will ;) (I have been looking at modular grid but I don´t think you can search for the voltage requirements so it takes some time. And even...

I pretty much only use pedals for fx. Some of them (like for example strymon deco) also have cv-inputs that are great to modulate with euro. Before I used Bastl Hendrikson for integration and that worked great but now I have expanded so using a nw2s::io so that I can send 8 signals out and receive 8...

Thank you for answering! So I can use the 16-pin Euro power cable behind the panel of the D-2000 and that would be enough for the RK5 (and not cause any problems with the D-2000 performance)? I thought the RK needed -12v as well and that the D-2000 only gives out +12... Would be super if ok to do so...

Nice with the RK-5 mounted in the D-2000! How do you power it? Not from the D-2000 supply?

8hp eurorack mixer for D-2000?

Hi, I am using the D-2000 with my eurorack and I was thinking about installing a euro mixer where there is a space for a trigger sequencer (triggerman or such) on the D-2000. Is anyone aware of a nice mixer that would fit in 8hp and run only on +12v (since the d-2000 doesnt output -12v?) The best wo...

I have the D-2000 since a month or so and really really like it. I have been experimenting with different sequencers and had some trouble with double triggers but finally found something that works great. Now I use the SSF Propagate before the inputs of D-2000 and with that I can use any sequencer. ...
