Automatonism 2.1 has been revealed with new modules. What I felt it lacked was midi in with midi CC outputs. The noobie I am with PD, with only little googling and inspecting the insides of the midi in module I managed to make it output CC data also. Thought I'd share this here with you: https://www...

It would be great to get decend sampler, synth, midi and FX patches and then get them all together with an EMI type of modulation matrix and we'd have a monster of a synth. Something like the old Kurzweil K-series, but with clearer patching mechanism. Midi should have: Note, velocity, gate, and mult...

Anyone got good tips on where to get a case + power supply for the RS370 alone, or maybe add 16HP for other modules? 36 or 52 HP cases with Analogue Systems power?! check big city music. Unfortunately they have the same brands as everyone else, and those small cases lack the depth the RS370 require...

I'd like to hear a demo of the phase modulation. Been looking for a dual oscillator with phase modulation and separate voltage control inputs, and this seems to be the only one or have I missed something? The Schippmann CS-8 dont seem to have separate inputs and costs about 800 euros. :ripbanana: Al...

Been planning this for years. Now that I'm getting a Cirklon soon I'll finally have to get to it. I'm quite the noob with electronics so is it ok to just make the connections straight without the adapter board as I can limit the voltage outputs from Cirklon or is there some hassle with ohms you stil...

Sports Modulator - should have been the first module i bought..... This seems interesting as it can do so many things. Hard to understand how it works but I found this funny explanation: http://navsmodularlab.blogspot.fi/2011/10/sport-modulator-explained.html So as it's explained on the bottom it c...

Skew LFO's
I learned synthesis mainly by playing with the Korg MS-20 midi controller. It has some really nice parts like the modular generator witch is great to play with. I'm trying to find something similar to my eurorack system. Few seem to have CV on them, 4ms QPLFO is the only one I could find but it's ex...

Thanks for the pic vanderLooy! I like the sound of Fourses a lot more than Denums. People tend to get hyped over some modules for bizarre reasons. It's marketing really and in eurorack I might even call it mass hysteria. I mean, reading some muffwiggler topics on new gear and people drooling over no...

I'm searching for the modules depths. Building a box for my modules and in the middle of it I realized I don't have depths of the IFM modules. Still gathering money for them so can't measure them by myself. Specifically searching the depths of Fourses and Sprots but if someone has info on the other ...

I wonder if it comes down to the destructive effects of 7hz. I've thought that every frequency divisible by 7 have that kind of effect. EDIT: Those high frequencies hitting that spot might then work around the areas of brains vulnerable or resonant to those exact frequencies. Alright this is getting...

I like the FM of the Arp 2600 filter. I've not had an opportunity to test one except the Arturia vst one. There's a separate input for the FM so does it work differently than just modulating the cutoff with an oscillator? The AMSynths clone has three CV in's, all of them affecting the cutoff. http:/...

Now I've been thinking of Quattro Figaro by Bastl as it has attenuators on every channel and nice distortion. It's also a lot smaller than A-135-1. What do you people think? EDIT: the attenuators seem to be only for the CV in and not as I thought, for each channels output. Why would you need an att...
